Website terms.
This website presents a product before its public launch and takes applications for a founding customer pilot. Nothing on it is an offer to sell. Participation in the pilot, its scope, timing and any commercial terms are agreed in a written pilot agreement with each selected customer.
Product descriptions reflect the pilot build and may change before public release; anything marked "at launch" is planned, not promised. Participation in the pilot is not a guarantee of specific public-release features or dates.
Your photographs remain yours. Films made from them under a pilot agreement are yours to use once delivered, on the terms of that agreement. The text, design and the YachtMotion name and mark on this site belong to Digital Delivery and may not be reproduced without permission.
